1) Requirements for a candidate auditor expert in Halal management systems:
Education – higher, economics, standardization, metrology and certification, veterinary medicine, manufacturing and processing industries, Agriculture and bioresources.
Training in the following areas:
-corresponding to ISO 9001 management principles;
- audit based on ISO 19011;
-principles of a food safety management system (for example, ISO 22000).
Knowledge of languages: Proficiency in the state and/or Russian languages at a professional level, knowledge of English is a plus.
Work experience - at least 5 years in the specialty, including 2 years in a body for certification of management systems or products, or in food production.
Area of specialization:
Participation in audits of Halal products as an Expert Auditor to confirm the compliance of quality management systems and/or food safety.
2) Requirements for a candidate technical expert (by category and industry) of the Halal Educational Institution:
Education - higher education, manufacturing and processing industries, agriculture and bioresources or related industries (biology, veterinary medicine, standardization, metrology and certification).
Work experience – at least 4 years in the food industry.
Knowledge of languages – proficiency in the state and/or Russian languages at a professional level, knowledge of English is a plus.
Area of specialization:
Participation in audits of Halal products as a technical expert in the food industry.
3) Requirements for a candidate for a Shariah expert, as well as a supervisor:
Education – higher, religion and theology, Islamic studies.
Work experience – at least 2 years in the specialty
Area of specialization:
Participation in audits of Halal products as a Shariah expert/supervisor.
Knowledge of languages – proficiency in the state and/or Russian languages at a professional level, knowledge of English is a plus.
